Mix the required amount (see Dosage- Taking Ispagel® Orange) with at least 150ml (¼ pint) of cold water.
- Put the contents of the sachet into an empty glass. Add 150 ml of cold water
- Stir briskly for 3-5 seconds
- Drink straight away, preferably after meals
